What Travellers Like

Keep in mind though, that they charge you an additional $30 a day for valet parking (and there is no self-parking). We had three huge windows and a wrap-around balcony. The room was very tastefully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is pretty big with a stand alone shower and separate bathtub. The exercise room is one of the nicer ones we've seen and the pool is just lovely. Everyone who worked there was very friendly.. Read review

The service from the moment I arrived was helpful and very professional. The lobby was an amazingly elegant view with great views of the restaurant and bar. Once I got to my room , the view was amazing. Couches and room was amazing, beautiful decor beds were great! Furnishings and bathroom was very high end and felt just like home!. Read review

Got an amazing price on hotwire for this hotel in century city. Gym not too overcrowded and really nice for hotel gym. Pool has these great cabanas - the only complaint was that it was a bit crowded. Wished I had time to go to the spa but was out and about too much. Really nice location and although valet always expensive in LA - you pay per day so can come and go as you please.. Read review

This is the worst hotel I've been in that has the semblance of quality. The bellhop will pester you to eternity, even if you want to take your bags up yourself, until you threaten to talk to his manager. Even for terrible, high cost, in-hotel restaurants, the Park Grill in the lobby is awful. Seventeen dollars for a mediocre single glass of wine; twenty-three dollars for a tiny, over seasoned panini. And they charge you for internet access! You need to spend about ten dollars a day just to use their slow connection. The wallpaper in my room was tacky and peeling; the TV was junk, with no guide to any of the channels. This place is way, way overpriced. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one, in favor of one of the many other hotels in the area.

Hotel was in a great location. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was great, they always made you feel like you were home. I would stay away from the hotel restaruant it was very expensive and the food was only OK. $38.00 a day to park in the garage was a little steep. I would recommend to any one with the two concerns,
