The bed was unbelievably comfortable and of course the deep soaking bathtub is a plus. Dinner there was excellent as was the service.

I had the best experience at the Regent Beverly Wilshire this past weekend. I had no idea that it was a Four Seasons before I arrived...but it was definitely evident as soon as I checked-in. I have never encountered a more friendly and helpful staff. I didn't have one issue and the beds were so comfortable!! I also ate at their new restaurant, The Blvd, and sat outside with a view of Rodeo Drive. I felt like Julia Roberts in "Pretty Woman." The food was amazing!!!

My business trip to LA this month was most productive due to my stay at the Regent Beverly Wilshire. The service was phenomenal as the staff anticpated my every need. The BLVD is a great place for lunch and grab a drink - you never know who you will rub elbows with! I even got a chance to eat at their new restaurant CUT and was personally greeted by Wolfgang Puck himself. As with most Four Seasons I have stayed in, the rooms are extremely spacious and the beds are a dream. As a business traveler, it is always refreshing to get a good night's sleep when on the road. I can't wait to come back!!!

"Elegant & Personal with Exceptional Service"

What a charming and friendly place to stay. We we're there in early July for four nights. Our romm was ugraded to a junior suite with two baths because we arrived a bit early and our "early check-in reserved room" was not yet available. We were in the beautiful old building, but checked out the new one across the valet service area and found it to be just as nice. Our hotel rate included a car which was provided to us within an hour of our arrival. Mercedes, easy to park and fun to drive. No hotel parking costs. Room service and valet service were impeccable. We did not have the problems noted earlier by valet service. They were prompt and gracious plus the cars moved through very efficiently. The staff were friendly and most called us by name throughout our stay, even in casual encounters in the hallways. The pool area is peaceful and beautiful with nice complimentary ammenities as well as a bar and food service. Family friendly for folks with children. For Beverly Hills luxury and consistent service without pretense I definitely recommend this hotel.

In view of some other trip advisor reviews of this hotel I was a little worried about our 2 night stay there and had even thought about changing locations before we came. The hotel website is not very inspiring either. However I stayed with it and am so glad. We stayed for 2 nights mid July with our 2 teenage children. The hotel is in a fabulous location just by Rodeo Drive. It is elegant, sophisticated and glamorous, but family friendly too. Our room was very comfortable, fabulous beds. Staff were very charming and helpful. The new ultra trendy bar is lovely. Despite it's trendiness the bar staff were friendly and our 13 and 15 year olds loved it too. The new Wolfgang Puck Restaurant looked great but sadly was fully booked...so book ahead if you are going. The pool is high up, quite small but gorgeous with comfy padded loungers and the poolside food was great. There is a wonderful looking spa but it is horrendously expensive so I just had a manicure. There are streetside bar tables outside the hotel. A great place to watch the interesting..and somewhat strange characters of Beverly Hills go about their business.
