I booked Extended stay because I have an 18-month old and prefer to stay in a suite with a separate bedroom so I can put my son to sleep early and still stay up watching TV or whatever. When I checked in their was a very jittery person in the lobby looking for a guest, but since she didn't have the room # and she was calling everyone she knew on the lobby phone trying to locate them. I knew this was a no frills accommodation, but I thought cribs were pretty standard. If they gave us the wrong key, how do we know someone else couldn't have a copy of our low-tech room key. When the door opened I saw that it was an open floor plan, with no separate bedroom area. This was my mistake, as I assumed a suite included a door on the bedroom. The room was nice sized with a kitchen area.. Read review

Clean and fine, but nothing special. Minimal facilities. There's a $5 charge for wireless access, which seems unnecessary when it's free in so many lesser places. But it was clean and safe. No major complaints.

I was very dissatisfied with my stay at the Woodland Hills, CA location. Although the front desk was friendly & provided room cleaning service for the duration of my stay, it did not make up for the inconvenience.
The 1st room had ants all over the counterop, refrigerator & even the bathroom. The toilet was dirty & the room smelled foul. The 2nd room was even worse, and the room door could be opened without a key. Finally, the 3rd room was somewhat habitable.
