This hotel is awful, the bed sheets smell, the towels in the bathroom spell... The walls are so thin you can hear people in the room next door having a chat.. The walls in teh room are covered with damp, the Tv works if you hold the arial at all times. I asked concierge to help me hire acr or give me numbers - he was useless and told me to do it myself... I would never go back to this hotel !

GOOD.
The lobby area is quite nice and coupled with the breeze and it really puts you in a good mood. The rooms are very neat and the beds are awesome! They have sleep number beds that can be adjusted to your preference.
THE BAD AND VERY BAD.
Trying to figure out how to enter the premises is a task. Leaving and coming back is a nightmare.
The elevators are a death trap waiting to happen. If you have fears of elevators, then you'll be taking the stairs here. We got trapped on the elevators 2x's and on many occassions it didnt go all the way down to the lobby as you had to get off the 2nd floor and then walk down the stairs to the lobby.
The pool is a mile away. Not physically, but its like walking aways to go for a nice dip. It was also dirty and very few chairs.
The front desk girls seem to be jerks as they are quick to tell you "no" or you can't do something. They were very unfriendly. I thought maybe its me, but I talked to different people both male and female and they felt the same way. We called room service and asked for towels, 20 minutes later no towels, went to the front desk and was told we had to call room service. The concierge was unfriendly and and tryed to sell us on tours and packages instead of answering the questions or trying to help
If you have children this is not the place. Also the gift shop was awful.
I did send an e-mail to the corporate office, lets see what happens.
