It was ridiculous, you need to pay for parking even if you park the car yourself. Also it is very very far from the beach. Not staying here anymore.

We had an extra unexpected guest join us and needed a bed for them; the hotel rapidly provided a bed and extra blankets. Great hotel, great price!

Not anywhere near the beach

Don't let Manhatten Beach fool you! It was no where near the beach. It was right on the border of El Seugundo which is basically LAX territory. There was no "red coat" service as the website says. Don't get a city view room, you will end up having a view of the parking deck. There was one restaurant which was closed one night because the server did not show up. The rooms were standard Marriott rooms. Nothing special. The only redeeming quailty abot this hotel was the location. There are many great restaurants in walking distance. There is also a big shopping mall that can be walked to. I am a frequent busines traveler and I was not impressed.
