We went over the New Year's holiday for the Rose Parade and were completely shocked when the pounding music at midnight that kept us awake was from the manager's apartment. One room did not have a working fan in the bathroom, no window, and no smoke detector attached (it was in the drawer). There was also no microwave or refrigerator as advertised in that room. The other room did not even get cleaned on one of the days of our stay. We had to ask two different days for towels. We also found a working key card in the room behind the dresser. We knew that with the price we were paying that there would not be any amenities and did not expect that, but we did expect a clean and quiet place to stay.. Read review
