If you looking for safe place and cost effective hotel, than good place. Room Service is ok, Cooperative people and they can still improve cleanliness.

Not a pleasant stay

We went over the New Year's holiday for the Rose Parade and were completely shocked when the pounding music at midnight that kept us awake was from the manager's apartment. We have children that we woken up by this. One room did not have a working fan in the bathroom, no window, and no smoke detector attached (it was in the drawer). We told the management but only the detector was taken care of. There was also no microwave or refrigerator as advertised in that room. The other room did not even get cleaned on one of the days of our stay. We had to ask two different days for towels. It did not have the correct remote for the TV and the channel button was broken so the TV was on one channel only. We did finally get the correct remote when we complained. The dresser was missing one handle on each drawer. We moved the smaller dresser and it was filthy behind it with something that had been spilled who knows when. We also found a working key card in the room behind the dresser. We knew that with the price we were paying that there would not be any amenities and did not expect that, but we did expect a clean and quiet place to stay. We brought our own food and expected a refrigerator in each room but only had one. Also, be careful with the TV channels if you have children. One positive note is that the location was good for the places we were going and very near one of the major highways.
