The first room we were assigned had AC problems but within 10 minutes of a call to the front desk a staff person was there to check the problem. Something was broken so the staff moved us to another room down the hall immediately and checked on us several times to be certain everything in our new room was working great. At booking we were a little concerned there might be airline noise being so close to LAX airport but we could not hear any plane noise at all. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the cook to order complimentary breakfast each morning and once again the staff was friendly and helpful. 5 star hotel all the way for a budget friendly price.. Read review
