In the morning, I went to the front desk, complained, and they promptly gave me a new room plus breakfast vouchers for my grandson and I.
We arrived very late and tired and were given a room next to the guest laundry. After a call to the front desk it stopped for about an hour then started again.

Extra cost for everything

They didn't mention the fact that overnight parking would cost $15 per night nor did they mention that Wi-Fi would cost $10/hour. Every time that I would leave the hotel either the parking pass or the room key would need to be re-programed. (seven times for a 2 night stay) Other than those anoyances the hotel was very nice, clean and quiet.

What a Nightmare

We paid extra for a "Deluxe" Room. This room was below ground level with stairs to go from the room to the room bathroom. The room also had a poorly secured sliding door that opened to a below ground patio with stairs to the pool. The pool was unsecured. Anyone could break in anytime day or night. We asked to be moved. We were moved to a standard room. Our room was smack in the middle of a convention of Christian Teenagers. Nearly a thousand teenagers with 20 adults supervising. We were kept awake until 2 a.m. with teens running from room to room and yelling in the halways, slamming doors etc. Multiple calls to the front desk having zero results. We were moved again and still had to endure the same thing another night. The manager booked these kids all over the hotel dispursed among regular guests. Six teens to a room. They refused to refund us our money. The manager gave us complimentary tickets to a lousy breakfast. The parking garage was a disaster also with various exits and entrances being closed and changed daily with no signage or direction. We often had to circle the entire block to figure out which entrance was open on a given day. Ridiculous!!!! This manager is incompetent!!!.
