Posted: Dec 21, 2006 - I stayed at the Magic Castle Hotel on business a few days ago and couldn’t believe the level of service at this little hotel. They surprised me with a free popsicle while I was sitting out by the pool! Every hour or so someone from the front desk would come out and offer free popsicles. I had wireless internet in my room and out by the pool and they don’t charge for it which is a refreshing change. I had a new one-bedroom suite, apparently they are just about done renovating their rooms. I had my own full kitchen, huge living room and nice size bedroom. I had a DVD Player in the room and they don’t charge to borrow from their DVD library. Everywhere I turned, there was a staff member greeting me by name.. Read review
Posted: Jun 06, 2005 - member - The service provided and the staff are absolutly awesome, with a 24hr reception they look after your every need or request as if you are royalty. We recieved a free upgrade from a smaller room to a fully equipped 1 bedroom room, which was fantastic. I travelled around the world and have stayed in many hotels including big chain names, and have never recieved the service i did at The Magic Castle Hotel.. Read review

Posted: May 08, 2005 - member - On their website I had secured a great rate of $129 a night for a standard room. Upon arrival Darren, the manager, had upgraded us to a suite at no charge, and while we were out Gretchen even snuck a birthday cake into the room to surprise my wife. Every member of the staff was all smiles, polite and very competent. Never before have we been treated with such great care and customer service, to the point we felt like royalty. And the suite was huge, breathtaking, and well-furnished and kept.. Read review
