Worst part was it took the shuttle a while to pick me up at the terminal.
IT IS A GREAT HOTEL DEPENDING WHERE YOUR ROOM IS Posted: Tue, Jul 28 2009

i HAVE STAYED SEVER AL TIMES IN THIS HOTEL THE NEW WING WERE GREAT ROOMS I STAYED IN THE OLD PART THIS TIME. gOOD ROOMS BUT NOT AAS GREAT AS THE NEWER PART.I WOULD STAY AGAIN. IT IS A GOOD HOTEL FOR THE PRICE. I'M NOT SURE BUT I THOUGHT THE LAST TIME I DID NOT PAY FOR PARKING, THE COST PER NIGHT WAS A SURPRISE FOR ME. THE ROOMS WERE SUPER CLEAN EVERYTIME.
If you are just looking for a bargain, this hotel is the one for you, but you get what you pay for. The location was fine for what I was there for, but I would not stay there again. I was not impressed with the environment of the hotel, and thought the room could be maintained a little better. The towels were like sandpaper. The staff was not particularly friendly. One night I was unable to find a space in the designated parking lots and had to park on the street, but still had to pay for parking my car that night. Actually had a hard time finding my room from the parking entrance due to the way the towers were laid out. Ended up afraid to even try the restaurants.
The hotel is impressively decorated and the ambience inside is also exquisite. The rooms are quaint, but the toilet squealed when flushed and continued for 3-5 minutes. The A/C didn't work at all; had to open the double doors to get outside air (thank goodness it was cool) to get any airflow. Front desk personnel were not friendly and could not give directions to the hotel for an out of town visitor. There was no ice bucket in the room nor refrigerator for small items. I would not recommend this place.
