Checked in found out there was no kids quest so we left in search of one. The video game room was over crowded with unparented kids running around. There were however staff watching to make sure none of the kids left to get on the gaming floor. The lobby was nice with the starbucks right there as well as a nice hotel gift shop. The mcdonalds on the way to the room along with the bakery was good. Would go back but not with small children.

first of all harrahs is not what it seems to be......it totally sucked..i payed up front for three rooms..req. each room have two king size beds,when i get there they have no rooms available with two beds,and the hotel manager says theirs nothing she can do their are no rooms available until the next day!!!! but they can sure take my husbands money real quick!!!! sooo my kids had to sleep on the floor.only two elevators worked ,so each time i needed to go up or down i had to wait like 10-15 min...just to fit in the damd thing..they dont even have freakin coffee makers in the room, this hotel is not trailer friendly at all...no where to park my truck and trailer.when they finally put me in my room with two beds.i needed ice ....the ice machine was empty....had to go to another floor for ice,come on people!!!!!!!! i honestly think in order to have a good time there you have to be 50+ yrs old..i payed top dollor for my rooms thinking this was one of the best hotels.....YA RIGHT NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! the ramada express has better service...and thats one of the cheap ones..i think for now on i'll stick to staying at the golden nugget their great!!!!!!!

I feel this Hotel & Casino has deferred maintenance. Rooms, restaurant (Beach Cafe),Casino all needed a good cleaning and painting. There is a dock out behind the hotel where one can take the water taxi to all the other hotels & casinos. It was very dirty! Birds had been allowed to build mud nest on the ceiling so as you waited you were standing in and breathing bird droppings. This is a healh harzard. I will never stay at this hotel again. I trusted Harrah's to have a certain level of service and they have gone down hill.
