Residence Inn Marriott Green V - Las Vegas, USA

This is the second night we have stayed in this Residence Inn. Last time we were amused when we heard the sounds of our neighor snoring. I should have taken it as a warning. Although the amenities are what you'd expect, the walls and floors are very thin. I can hear my neighbor blowing his nose, and the rattling of water in the pipes if you are anywhere but on the top floor is pretty loud. I am a light to medium sleeper, and this kept me from getting a reasonable amount of sleep. My husband, who is a heavier sleeper, slept though it, although it bothered him in the morning when he was waking up. The hotel is also located under the flight path for McCarran airport, so be prepared for the roar of airplanes. The breakfast buffet is standard to good and we enjoyed freshly-made waffles. The staff is friendly and helpful. Although the pool's heater was broken the girl at the front desk quickly offered us the option of swimming at the Courtyard located across the street. Unfortunately they can't rebuild the hotel at this point. I did not feel I got my money's worth for a $200/night suite for a family of 6.
