Even the front desk people were friendly. Once we got there, she mentioned something to front desk clerk that checked us in. So we went down to the front desk and once again asked. Like i said, Great Hotel, but they seriously need to have better customer service if they want people to continue to come back.. Read review

I tried to make a reservation here for my trip to Las Vegas, but wasn't willing to pay $225/night. After staying one night (for $135) at the nearby Super 8 on Koval Lane on an extremely hard bed, I decided to try to get a room at the Westin. I only needed one room/one bed/one night. Great staff, very accomodating - I was able to check in at 11am and got a late checkout the next day at 3pm.. Read review

Free valet parking another bonus. As for the elevators, it is true that only 2 were working when I was there but the delays did not seem signficant to me.. Read review

The rooms are perfectly comfortable and the view I had of the backside of the strip was nice. I was able to watch traffic takeoff and land a the airport from my room which was nice for an aviation buff like myself. Check-in staff was friendly and even sent up chocolate covered strawberries and wine as it was my girlfriends birthday. Bottled water at check in and when heading out for a walk was also a nice touch. If you are going to go from the Westin down to Mandalay Bay take a cab, but if you are just going to Ceasars or the Bellagio the walk is shorter than from your room to the front door of the Venetian.. The Westin surprised us with most comfortable bed ever. It also had a great happy hour for those that like to gamble and a free food and drink reception to get you started. The employees were very nice and the pool was open till 2 am.
Happy Hour and Managers reception and Super comfortable bed and pool open till 2am plus in room coffee.
This hotel is fine for business travel the rooms are attractive. The staff is rude. They put a $15 per day plus tax on the charge card without EVER discussing there was going to be a fee just to breathe the air in the hotel. I complained and got it taken off. The location is fine, the bathroom is fine. I didn't use any other facilities.
The room was nice.
The staff is rude, they fee you to death WITHOUT telling you upfront.
Good hotel if you want to get away from the craziness. You don't have to walk for hours to get to your room and they do have the free drinks and chips at the happy hour.
Not as chaotic as other Vegas hotels, free drinks at happy hour.
That it wasn't like other Vegas hotels. There was no Vegas/resort feel.
