Check-in was fast, room was nice and clean.
I had to pay full price, get a receipt, then go to the security desk and have them page the food service manager, who went back to the cash register and reimbursed me.
friendly staff, simple but clean and well kept, stayed 3 nights, ice machine didnt work at first but reported it and it worked a few hours later, good slots i actually won! restaraunt isnt the best but is ok! snack areas are good! hot chicks dealing the cards on some tables! well worth the money! ill be back in july!
front desk was helpful. the room it self was awful the tub would plug up with water. the view from the window was looking at air unit. the sheets on our beds were never changed.
Binion's was the worst casino ever.. Posted: Wed, May 13 2009

From Mark the bellman to Marcus the manager, this was the worst vacation of our life.
As soon as we Valet parked, the bellman asked us to help with the bags due his bad back.
When we got to our room, we got two double beds instead of one king size. The bellmen
told us to call the front desk and they said sorry, we have no other rooms. during the call
the bellman laid down on on the beds and continued to complain about his back. This went on for five minutes. The room was dirty and missing many items. Our next experience involve the casino and it's many slow, rude employees. It was Saturday night and every casino had about 40-50 people waiting for dinner. We went back to Binions Coffee Shop and there was
no line. We found out why = the service was the worst ever. We waited for five minutes before the manager even acknowledged our presence. I had to go tell her that we would take the open booth I saw. She ignored me and hollered that we need to get back in line and she could only serve one person at a time. By that time four more people had come in behind us.
After 10 minutes we finally got seated and the waiter passed by and said " I'll be with
you in a few minutes" the other four were seated and guess what, he took their order first because everyone know four peole are likely to tip mote that two.We complained and no one did anything. We ended up filling out a report about and on one did anything. At checkout we explained our problems to the Hotel manager and he offered us a breakfast at the same coffee shop we had all the problems at. ( Why would we want that?)
He also offered us an upgrade next time we stayed there. again, why
would we want to subject our self to such an ordeal again.
One more thing, the Fremont Street Experience was so loud in our 10th floor room, it was impossible to sleep till it was over at midnight. We called the desk to change rooms but got the same excuse as with the wrong beds. to top it off some drunks were fighting and cursing in the hallway around 12:30 pm. they aslo were slamming doors.
This is not a good place to stay...
