What Travellers Like

We had two twin rooms with double beds in each and stayed for two weeks. I took the advice of others, having a top floor room facing the pool. Had some shops nearby and the service was excellent. Our TV gave up the ghost due to a freak power outage and was replaced immediately.. Read review

We had a one bedroom suite with a king size bed. I have to say that the rooms are all very nicely decorated and the king size bed appeared new not used and old. Most hotels beds are so used and soft that I go home with major leg and back problems and I travel at least 3 times a year. If you love a good steak at a good price and kid friendly and fun, go to the Logan's Roadhouse just down the road make a right onto 192 maybe 2 lights down on the right. Staff was very friendly and accommadating. Our first night was spent in a room near the parkway and the noise from the passing trafic at night did keep my sensitive sleeper daughter up all night so the next morning I asked to be moved and we ended up in a room on the other side accross the way from check in and we sleep great! Breakfast was very good and the pool is a nice treat at night when you come back from a hard day of having fun in the sun.. Read review

We stayed at both the hotel (former Hampton Inn) from June 14th to the 20th, and the villas (former Homewood Suites) from the 20th to the 27th. The rooms are somewhat small but its not a big deal. Never in my life have I seen such a small hotel with so many staff doing the smallest things to keep the place top notch. They are very large, clean, with the same great funishings that the hotel part had, just more room to breath. The grounds are very well taken care of at the villas part and the pool, though lacking enough chairs and such, is very nice. I would recommend staying at the villas part for more room and a more tropical atmosphere. They are situated in a complex with another hotel and many other apartments/ condos that were also very upper class.. Read review

It took a while to find an appropriate room but when we did we really enjoyed the space (after a tight cruiseship cabin). Kids and hubby enjoyed the pool and my aching legs enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast was very good and location was superb!. Read review
