What Travellers Like

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights (June 16 thru June 20) at $84/ night for a non smoking, one king bed, standard room. We booked the room at the hotel web site, with AAA discount and prepaid rate. This is a good location to various shopping and restaurants. We had good food (chicken and beef koobideh) at Persian Grill. Landry's seafood house is another excellent restaurant to try. Hotel has a nice landscaping, enough parking spaces when we came back late around 10pm. What we don't like is the room size, a bit on the small size, especially the bath room.. Read review

My room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, plenty of towels and the shower worked fine. The nice desk clerk gave me a cable for wired ethernet in the room, but I was able to pick up a wireless signal from the lobby.. Read review

Everything was great except we were charged by travelocity and the hotel. When I called to correct this mishap I had to leave my number and wait for a call back from the manager, which never came. I had to call twice and I still haven't been able to get the charges reversed.
