What a fantastic hotel experience

This hotel was initially not our first choice, but we booked it for its suite size. When my wife, and two daughters (8 & 2) arrived we were greeted by the friendliest staff, and the calmest cleanest hotel we have stayed in. Although we have stayed in some nice hotels with even higher star ratings, this hotel will be our first choice in the future. On the first night, the front desk staff presented us with a cake, and a baloon to congratulate our 11th wedding anniversary. We loved our one bedroom suite. Our suite was comfortable, quiet and very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, but the swiming pool was just a little cold for us to use. The breakfast bufett was great and the hot meal components such as eggs, sausages and waffles were fresh and tasty. Every hotel satff member that we interacted with was super curtious and friendly. That must certainly be a reflection of the upper management as well. The hotel's close proximity, about one minute walk, to the galeria mall as well as it convenient access to I620 is a plus. We will be thrilled to stay at this hotel again. Thanks for making our family getaway a great one.

Best kept secret

Wow. Within easy walking distance from many restaurants, and shopping (food AND exercise!).<br><br>The staff is wonderful and easily accommodated several unusual requests of ours.<br><br>We&#39;ve been there many time and will be back again as our schedule permits.

The staff is the best in the USA!!!<br>They are the most caring, supporting, giving, amazing people in the hotel biz.<br>The front desk, the kitchen workers, the cleaning people is the best in the nation.
