When you come to the hotel, you are welcomed warmly by the guys on the door - and during your stay you will find them to be nothing but perfect gentlemen, providing assistance and a friendly chat whenever you need. The reception staff are also a delight - very helpful and unbelievably friendly. The housekeeping staff, still finishing off other rooms, also have a smile and a welcoming word and after a walk around the area, the Houston Theater District, it was another nice touch to find a personal welcome letter posted under the door. The hotel also has a courtesy car service - for no charge whatsoever, you will get drivem around the downtown Houston area and picked up too. Internet is also available, either in room or in the lobby (which is free of charge too).. Read review
