first room not made up, toilet broken, no pillows, couch opened up and checked in at night, they moved us to another room. the next day no housekeeping, we were out all day, had to ask for towels. the day we checked out wanting to sleep in til noon, check out time, housekeeping woke us up at 9, even though there was a sign outside. was told we had to use the valet parking which is $17 a day, was not told there was a charge until checkout. Our overall experience with this hotel was positive. However, the rooms are very small. If you are staying alone, then you'll be fine. We had two children and it was very tight! Everything else was great here! 5Rooms: 3Service: 2.2Value: 4Dining: 4more on Travelocity
