We stayed at this hotel whilel visiting family for 2 nights. We were suppose to stay 4 nights, but we could not stand the uncleanliness. There was grime on the back of the toilet seat, the shower floor was dirty, and there was spill marks on the TV and desk that were never cleaned up. After my husband killed the third bug, we left! It was really a shame that the rooms were so dirty, because my daughter really the enjoyed the very nice and well kept swimming pool downstairs. As far as security, they have a key card on the outside door that is supposed to keep other people out of the hotel, but it wasn't working on any of the days we were there. Anyone could come and go as they pleased, guest at the hotel or not.

When we arrived we were given a smoking king room. This is not what we had ordered online we wanted a 2 Queen nonsmoking room. Thats not the only problem. The room had no airconditioner. Went down to the desk several times to complain of the no air and a maintance man was sent up. He slammed things around the room and told us to give it ten minutes. We gave it 10 minutes and the room was still atleast 90 degrees. Went down to talk to clerk again and he told us there was nothing that could be done he could not give us another room because they were "booked up". We asked to speak to the manager and the manager offered to give us a boxed fan. We told him that would not work and that he would have to give us our money back. He offered to send us to the Days Inn down the street for free. We accepted. Now you would think it was over wouldn't you? While we were packing up our stuff and getting ready to leave the maintence man walked into our room without knocking and my 14 year old daughter was naked. He stood in the door way refusing to leave the room while we yelled and screamed at him to get out. When he finally did get out we called the clerk to tell him what had happened and he said that he was with the maintenve man and nothing had happened. LIE. Because the clerk felt no wrong with this we decided to call the cops. When the cops arrived they were also no help. They said that maybe the man didn't speak english. They told us to stay in our room and to not come out until they came back... they never came back. So we called the police station and they told us that they told the man what he did was very wrong. Furious we left the super 8 and went to the days inn on dickinson. This hotel was very nice they gave us a 2 bed non smoking room with an air conditioner! But the trouble with the super 8 was still not through! They called us the next morning claiming that we stole their iron, their pillow cases, their towels, and their radio alarm clock. We did no such thing.

This is the worst hotel you could possibly stay at. The staff is no help and they constantly talk in a different language, the room was very unclean with crap still in the toilet! The tv didn't even work and the pool and hottub were small and disgusting!

Never stay here!

Okay
Depressingly shabby

Clean but depressingly shabby. Black marks in tub. Loose electrical outlet by sink; rusted tissue box holder. Room smelled funny. No coffee pot in room (a must for anyone from the NW who likes good coffee; we don't drink Folgers). This hotel was close to my sister's house and thus a good bargain to try once, but we won't return. Perhaps best for families on a budget? The Indian proprietors mean well and were friendly but our standards are higher.
