This hotel was terrible!! The hotel staff was rude and unhelpful! Especially the managers! The beds were not comfortable at all and the room was so dirty that it looked like the maids didnt even go in there before I checked in. Do not stay there whatever you do! The whole experience was terrible

I will be lodging at the MainStay Suites in Clute, TX for the next 60 days so I would like to have good service during my stay so that I can eperience some form of a home environment.
The housekeeping is not what I expected when I checked into the hotel. It is eveident that housekeeping is taking shortcuts to get ahead of schedule. Follow up or audits would improve the service in the housekeeping arena.

It appears there is a shortage of sheets, pillows cases, towels, dish rags, dishwashing soap, etc. in the suites.<br><br>It is eveident that housekeeping is taking shortcuts to get ahead of schedule. The rooms were so clean, comfortable beds, bathrooms are spotless, breakfast had so many choices and the front desk staff are really there to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are in such great condition and not old and musty like the other hotels.
