Horrible

The hotel is in a convenient location, but that was the only positive thing about this hotel.
We stayed at this hotel and we had to change rooms 3 times. The toilet did not work, although they did come and fix it. There were ants in one of the rooms we were moved from. The computer room is just one computer in a room. If you choose to stay here anyway, be sure that you are not given rooms 206, 207, 214, or 215.

I almost panicked

I was in town with my father who is being treated at MD Anderson for cancer. I had reserved a non smoking room with Travel agency but when we arrived in our room, it was a smoking room and it smelled horrible. My father was very sick and could not have stayed in that room. There were several events in Houston that night so rooms were hard to find. When I complained to the staff, they blamed the mistake on Travel agency. They claimed they did not have any non smoking rooms available. Finally, in desperation I told them my Dad was sick and could not stay in that room (the truth) and they came up with the "last" non smoking room. We moved and the new room was fine. The whole thing really scared me because I don't know what I would have done if they did not find another room.
