Dishonest Management

Nice hotel, dishonest management. We had prepaid internet reservations and needed to change our itinerary. Holiday Inn and the hotel management agreed to let us make the change and refund our payment. When we got home we found a charge from the hotel for the old reservation. We had a cancellation number, we had the names of 3 employees who assured us we would not be charged. They charged us anyway and has since refused to refund us. They won't return our calls. They won't return calls from the BBB. Holiday Inn corporate will not interceed or mediate the dispute. This is a location and hotel chain to avoid.

Friendly peoplet attending front desk, helped me with directions in regards Houston attractions. Great deal for what you pay, very clean rooms, good facilities. I felt safe in the area around the hotel. Good breakfast. I will go back with my family.
