There are five dining outlets at the Chicago City Centre Hotel. For casual dining, try 300 East. Serving Midwestern favorites, 300 East is open 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. each day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Try our signature cobb salad, or our Lake Superior white fish which is cooked on a cedar plank. Remember that kids 12 and under eat free when ordering from the kids menu while dining with an adult who is a registered guest. 300 East is located on the lobby level.

Located on the lobby level and open for breakfast, Corner Copia boasts freshly baked pastries, fresh fruit and your favorite flavored coffees. Open from 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Dine in or take out.

Located on the lobby level, Winners Bar & Grille opens daily at 11:30 a.m. Play a game of pool or sit back and relax with your favorite beverage and watch a game on one of the several television screens. Lunch, dinner and late night snacks are available.

They noted our reservation and also, asked if we would like a King or did we have a preference. The room had nice shampoo, conditioner, facial wash, etc. I did leave a note asking for fresh towels (I did include a tip because they do work hard) - and our room was stunning.. Read review

Reasonable Price and the lobby is nice. The location is awesome and a good place to lay your head. The staff is VERY FRIENDLY, guest rooms are pretty big and the mattresses are very comfortable as are the down pillows. . Read review

The hotel isn't terribly expensive or anything and great service. Moreover clean rooms and excellent facility including sauna. Perfect for a few relaxing drinks after a hard days shopping and friendly employees. Nice pool. . Read review

During our stay the staff were always pleasant and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and quite spacious, the bedding and towels were also very clean and smelled nice (I always check as I have a thing about clean bedding and towels etc! The concierge staff were very helpful and directed us to wherever we wanted to go or they had no problem getting us cabs.. Read review

I had some concert tickets delivered to the hotel, the guy who brought them to my room asked me all about the concert after the event and so did the other staff when they found out. The concierge was extremely helpful and courteous, recommending some fantastic restaurants very close by. Thirdly the location of the hotel couldn't have been better. We were about 3 blocks from Michigan Avenue (the Magnificent Mile) and from our hotel room we could easily see the Hancock Observatory. The rooms were big and bright, the beds very comfy and everything was cleaned to a high standard. The only minor thing I can find to say is that the bathroom was very small and not good if you don't like confined spaces.. Read review

The location was great and the hotels staff were all quite friendly. Laundry service was reliable and prompt, check-in was quick, the room we had was fairly large. The food was fine.

The positives: 's conveniently located near Navy Pier and the decor was great too. The lobby was attractive and staff was very friendly. Bathroom was fine, every employee was superb and the check-in clerk was very nice.
