The best view in the city, modern design and service excellent at all points. A stylish bathroom and mini bar prices not too bad actually. Great sheets, charges $ 10 bucks for a continental breakfast of coffee and showed that to the Assistant Manager as well as George. . Read review

Awesome location - 1 block off Michigan at the John Hancock Center and to sum up - you go to the Rafaello you'll find a beautiful hotel.

Should have free wi-fi, the elevator is so small.

The location was great, the outside of the hotel looks nice so I was expecting something comparable and the staff was very friendly. Bath were very clean.
