The Pump Room has reigned as one of Chicago's top dining destinations since 1938.Dining is a pleasure all its own, especially in the classic ambience and rich history of the Pump Room restaurant. Add celebrity-photo-clad walls to the menu and you always have a meal to remember at the Ambassador East.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily 6:30 am – 10 pm, Mon. – Sat. and 7 am – 10 pm on Sun. Sunday brunch is served from 11 am – 2 pm.
Pump Room Lounge:
Features soups, salads, appetizers and sandwiches from 3 pm – Midnight Sun. – Thu. Noon – 1 am Fri. and Sat.
