Yes, the rooms are small and really designed for only one person; however, how much time does anyone really spend in their room? The staff were wonderful, the bed was extremely comfortable, the amenities were the same as what you would expect in a larger and more well-known place. The best part was the location - right in the middle of everything. If there was any downside, I would have to say it would be the restaurant downstairs - it wasn't one of the best in town, but adequate for breakfast.. Read review

Corner room, view of Chicago River from both windows. Yes, the rooms are small, but they're efficiently designed; I didn't feel cramped. If you're traveling on business, there's free wifi access from anyplace in the hotel. Plus, a fridge, micro, and a shopping service in case you want to stock up on snacks. Walk-in shower, no tub, which no one ever uses anyway. Good towels, great mattress, great pillows. Space-age heating/cooling system that works and is quiet. Restaurant in lobby is fantastic and reasonably priced. Other than the size of the room, I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't love this place.. Read review
