4.7We found a good deal (about $*/night) for the double bed guest room, which I believe is their cheapest room. The two beds were nice and comfortable, but there was not much room, which wasn't a problem since we weren't there except to sleep. The service was wonderful - we were treated respectfully and the staff was quick to offer recommendations about where to eat and shop. The first night we were too tired to leave the room, and ordered room service from the in-house restaurant and were quite impressed - the prices for lunch and dinner were actually fairly reasonable. Breakfast (which we did not order) seemed overpriced. We used the valet service which was pricey but stress-free. Our room had a well stocked mini bar with snacks and a nice view of downtown. Gino's East next door was awesome. I was prepared after reading other reviews for the lack of bath tub - but after being in high heels nearly all day, I would have appreciated a place to soak my feet! There was also a cold draft from the window, but we were able to adjust the heat enough to make the room quite comfortable. We stayed during the week, so I didn't expect it to be very noisy, but we did hear a lot of garbage trucks and sirens. Nothing from within the hotel itself though. Overall, we were very pleased with the room, the service, and the location.
