Location is convenient enough, basically anyone working at the hotel are so friendly and helpful especially Jaymes at the front desk. The rooms are very comfortable and continental breakfast on each floor. . Read review

The location is excellent, the decor is very peaceful and the dual shower heads are great. Moreover delicious coffee in front of the elevator.

The front desk could be a little warmer and finally I do object to being charged not only a steep price for a drink from the mini bar plus state tax.

Good central location for Magnigificent Mile and better atmosphere. Groovy helpful Staff and great employees. Loved the bed and little details I should mention: nice lamps. Complimentary breakfast, perfect choice and cocktails/beverages free of charge to guests.

An excellent location in downtown Chicago and the coffee was the best I have ever had at a hotel complimentry breakfast. The staff was very helpful, the room was very clean - the bellmen were most friendly and accommodating and the drinks we got both nights were good.
