Having made a booking over the phone, we arrived late one night to find that we had been misunderstood and there was only a small double rather than a family room available. They couldn't have been nicer, apologising profusely and arranging for a mattress on the floor and then giving us a bigger room the next day. They didn't charge us for the first night either.
The hotel is in a tastefully converted old house, and is definitely four star accommodation. Baeza itself is a lovely old town, worth spending a few days in and around.
