Did not have proper hot water on the first day. There was problem with the internet also in the morning. It was there on the second morning also as such the room was changed. This was duly compensated also. I can understand that the problem can arise any time but the response from the receptionist was appreciated. Even otherwise one of the receptionists was very rude and not friendly at all. Such behavior from service industry can not be accepted.

Rooms very very good, hotel was clean, staff was very polite and helpful

(1)Rooms not ready at check in, they were very busy. (2)There was no place to park when we left saturday evening and returned late that night. (3) The dinning room was not open yet.
