Bogus Claims!!!

I was with a wedding party that stayed here on 2-29-09, we had over 20 rooms booked. My partner and I checked in around 4pm. Stayed there for about 45 minutes and left to go the reception. When we returned around midnight, there was a knock on the door, hotel staff. They said that there had been complaints that we had been smoking in our room and they told us we had to leave. Yes i am a smoker, but knowing that this is a non smoking hotel, i would not even think of smoking in the room. As I was leavingthe hotel, i overheard that the night before a bride and groom(non-smokers) we also kicked out of this hotel....If i were you I would not stay here if my life depended on it. They are bogus, and obviosly not doing well finacially so they have to make up claims to make their money.<br><br>I have been staying in hotel al over the world for years, and have never been kicked out for anything. Let alone something that i did not do.

We received our credit card bill with trumped up charges from the Country Inn &amp; Suites, Tinley Park. We will not be booking anymore hotel rooms any Country Inn &amp; Suites ever again. <br><br>We walked through the room before we left. Everything was okay. Yet, we received a bill for $150.00 extra!!!! We tried to correct the situation with Country Inn &amp; Suites in Tinley Park, IL and their Corporate offices with no success. Very disappointed. If you do decide to stay there make sure the manager walks through the room with you before you leave so this does not happen to you.
