What Travellers Like

The hotel is 2 blocks from Michigan Avenue and there are a few resturants nearby, we loved the Grand Lux Cafe, huge portions and great food. The breakfast at the hotel was a good selection. Staff were helpful espically Steve the doorman.. Read review

Rooms: We had 2 rooms for 6 people and it was perfect. The rooms were clean, tidy and nicely decorated. The towels were soft and the beds were firm. The staff was friendly and always helpful with directions, recommending restaurants and other points of interest. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming with plenty of places to sit and meet.. There were numerous tables, sofas, chairs, flat screen tv's arranged in a comfortable way. TV's are all new:however, the rooms, hallways and elevators are small. The location is wonderful, very close to the Water Tower where you catch the buses and trolleys. The price was a bargain compared to other hotels I checked with a similar location.. Read review

Decent clean rooms, very small but location was very convenient to bus/train access. The hot breakfast was good, but be sure to get down there on time. They start taking the food away about 5 to 10 minutes before breakfast ends! Front desk and doormen were very helpful and friendly.

Hotel is within walking distance to many attractions and fantastic restaurants. The rooms were nice with good showers. The only issue was that the room was small and the elevator could be a bit slow at times. I'm sure the small room is what you get for the price in the city, though. The continental breakfast was also good. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here.

This hotel has a great location near Mag Mile. Also near many good restaurants. The room was a bit small for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), but it was clean and in good condition. The free breakfast offered more food than I had expected, and it was very good. The parking garage was very close, as well. Our hotel stay was a very nice experience. No complaints!!

The room and service were excellent. My husband couldn't have found a better hotel. It is close by, easy to get to, lots of restraunts near by. The hotle is newly remodeled and looks excellent. Also we felt safe in the neighborhood at night!

Very clean rooms, excellent service. Staff is courteous and professional. Rooms are a bit small, however they are great for the price and the location is unbeatable. Minutes to Michigan avenue and the major attractions. Will definitely stay their again!
