We all loved our rooms, the hotel staff and shuttle service.

On December 1, 2007, I reserved a room at this hotel. We arrived at 4:15 p.m. on December 29, 2007. We waited over an hour for a room to be readied for us. The long delay was an inconvenience as we had a 6 p.m. engagement. Having had a room reserved for a month in advance, we were not happy that a room was not ready and waiting our arrival. We would recommend contacting the hotel and check in to confirm reservations and availability upon arrival. 2Service: 1Value: 2more on Travel Yahoo

The hotel was a great location for a conference we were attending. Breakfast was provided and it was more than satisfactory. The room was great although a slightly odd arrangement. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Hyatt Place in Hoffman Estates, IL. The rooms are amazing - modern, fresh, and tastefully decorated. The bed was just like our pillow-top at home!! So comfy!! The continental breakfast was even gourmet! We will definitely stay here again!!!!! When my husband and I arrived at the hotel, the front desk clerk was so easy to work with, cheery, and enthusiastic about what the facility had to offer!! We even needed to swich rooms as we were checking in and the front desk staff came upstairs to move our luggage. When we were off to downtown Chicago on our first day of the trip we asked the front desk if they knew where the closest train station was located or if they knew where to get downtown maps.
