The location was decent and very convienient. The service was good, although when I asked for additional pillows, they said they couldn't spare any!

The location was decent and very convienient. The service was good, although when I asked for additional pillows, they said they couldn't spare any!!!! and questioned why one person would need more than two pillows?! The bedspread was torn and there was a ciggarette burn hole in the sheet (it was a non-smoking room), so my initial impression was to go stay somewhere else. With new sheets and bedspread and the one extra pillow they were "somehow" able to find the room looked much more welcoming. I don't know if I'd stay there again, it wasn't up to the same standards of other Extended Stays I've been in.
