Cheap, nasty room

Recently, I stayed at ESA with different expectations of what I received. When I checked-in my room I checked my bedspread to find urine stains on the the linen. Immediately, I contacted the front desk to have them change the linen. Next, the toilet functioned poorly. The remote control was incompatible with the television and the staff offered no assistance. The hotel has a terrible smell throughout. I would never stay again. For potential guests, stay at the other hotels in the area. NOT THIS ONE!!!!

This Place Has Roaches

I was in town on business. I have stayed at extended stays before so I knew what to expect, and, was not expecting the Hilton. However, I was not expecting a broken shower, a hotel with no pillows, a bad internet connection, rude front desk people, loud gangster employees, a carpet that was covered with gum, a stair well that smelled like dog shhh, no pots or pans in my room, a window that did not open, a trash room where trashed spilled out into the hallway, lastly there were roaches crawling across my wall, i called the front desk, they said they would send someone to spray the room, they never came. Avoid this place at all costs.

The room was clean and the location was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Front desk clerk was very friendly. The value was good for being only 20 min from downtown Chicago

Smelly and poor maintenance

The hotel is located near a landfill so the entire area stinks! The air conditioner didn't work properly. The floor was still wet from cleaning. I suppose the could be a good thing. I personaaly saw two spiders and a centipede in the short time I was actually in the room. Probably one of the worst rooms I have had in a long time.
