I stayed at the Marriott Schaumburg for a wedding last weekend. The hotel was great and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel is in a great location. really close to the woodfield mall and a whole lot of restaurants and bars. The rooms are avg size. nice comfortable beds and nice flat screen tv's. The bathroom is avg.. workout room is good for a hotel. large and new equipment. the only thing on this trip that was disappointing was house keeping. One day we called to have our room made up at 11am, when we returned to the room at 2pm it was still notdone, we had to call again and it took them another 1.5 hours to get this done.

An intruder came into my room

While I was sleeping, an intruder entered my room and stole my purse. My door was locked with the deadbolt and latch. The front desk was immediately notified and security and local police repsonded, however the hotel management never contacted me to see if I was ok or if there was anything they could do to assist me.

Amazing room! My boyfriend & I stayed here for a shopping trip, and enjoyed everything about our stay! Great room, super clean, and wonderfully comfy bed! We were on a private-access floor which made for a quiet stay. The television was great and room was comfortable. We ordered room service, which was prompt and delicious. My only gripe is the lack of water pressure in the shower! Also, we managed to leave a cell phone behind, and the staff located it (the day AFTER we checked out) and is mailing it to us. Thanks Marriott!!!
