Convenient location we were visiting, the hotel was in Niles near the highway 94 as well as near a great shopping area and the shower was disgusting. There was a very nice greek restaurant next door.

Location was great as we went to wrigley field and the hotel was not a fancy one. Staff were friendly and nothing - the bed sheets were not clean.

The room was comfortable, but the furnishings were old. We had no towels at first, and had to ask for a remote for the TV, which could not display NBC, CBS, or ABC The pay phone in the lobby was out of order. The internet signal was very weak, so we had to go to the lobby each day. It would have been very nice if they had been able to provide a shuttle to O'Hare airport. The free daily breakfast was very nice, and the staff was very helpful, even printing out bus schedules for us. The restaurant next door was quite good.

Here I would not call it luxury, but the front desk was helpfull, location very usefull and there was hot watern which beats my experience in Philly.

This was the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. What a miserable experience. Words cannot describe how awful this property is. Days Inn may not be the high end hotel/motel chain; however, I am confident Days Inn corporate management would be appalled by this property.
