The staff is very friendly and helpful and will try to exceed their customers expectations. Large water bugs, spiders and ants.

The Good <br>The hotel is a cute decor. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will try to exceed their customers expectations. <br>The Bad <br>The hotel is very old and rundown. There are huge facility issues. Balcony doors do not work. Large water bugs, spiders and ants. Handle on fawcet broken. Wireless only in the lobby. Rooms have cable for internet connection. Shuttle runs 7 to 9 AM and from 5 to 9 PM. The shuttle has limited hours but does take people to many local areas.

This hotel was everything I expected. It looks just like the pictures. I felt like I was in a seaside resort. Very clean, beds comfortable, heated pool very relaxing. Overall experience GREAT! I definitely would stay again.

I was placed at the Hotel Indigo by another hotel after they overbooked themselves. Other than the increased driving distance, I was very pleased. The front desk staff upon my arrival, could not have been better. They were fully aware of the situation and placed me in a wonderful room. The hotel appears to have been recently rennovated, and may I compliment them on a nice job.
