I stayed for the Inkin Lincoln tattoo convention on 3/19-3/22 and the staff was just fine. The staff were professional and didnt bother anyone unless asked a question. Not to mention it was a nice hotel for about half the price of the other hotels in the area.. Read review

This is not a four star hotel Posted: Sat, Oct 11 2008

Stayed for one week in September,2008. We would have left the first day, after being told they would charge an extra $18.00 per day to park your car yourself at the hotel. only they had our money already. There is no warning of such charges in any of their advertisements. The room was OK, but had to ask for lotion and robes, which are suppose to be in the room. One of the days the room was not made up at all. To complain is feutal. The manager is non existent. We have stayed at the S.F. Sofitel, which was very nice. Sofitel should do something about this one before it ruins it reputation around the world
I have stayed in this hotel twice already over the past month and I must its great for its price. The rooms were very nice and so were the beds/sofas. My room was standard and it still had a 42 inch LCD TV. For the money, its a great deal and has excellent service. Only drawback is $ that you pay seperate for 24hr parking. It should be complimentary for staying guests.
It's a good hotel, with a good location, but it's ridiculous that they charge $10 per day for internet service, and you can't even access it in the lobby. I walked in the cold to a neighboring hotel where, for the cost of a Starbucks drink, I could use internet in the lobby. That is where I will stay next time.
Also, I saw no hint of a bed turndown, and my minibar was locked. The food in the restaurant was good, but not as good as it sounded on the menu, and the price for my margarita was outrageous.I liked having the little bakery available off the lobby, and I was amused by the preponderance of French accents.
If you are traveling with children, watch out, because they have "adult" channels on the TVs in the rooms.
