I liked the location and they have also a shuttle bus that my sister used in 2 occasions. Free shuttle to downtown Chicago, just 5 minutes away from the Metra public transport system and staff is good. After check-out so that we could
explore the Hyde Park area unencumbered.
Rooms too hot no temp control in room foul smell in hallways, the whole facility is outdated.
Adequate place to stay in Hyde Park, i used this service only once and the staff was happy to hold onto
our bags both before check-in. Additionally the beds were comfortable.
