My room had a fantastic view of the city and the hotel were both wonderful. The staff were amazing and my suite was great and elegant. Bar were excellent and the breakfast restaurant was incredible- the best service. . Read review

The perfect hotel and great service. Nice bedding, excellent restaurant and wonderful gym.
Location couldn't be better, the store is just a little over a block away.
Fantastic location - attached to the Water Tower shopping and the perfect hotel. Friendly staff, fabulous room and wonderful comfy robes. Great restaurant for breakfast and a nice pool/whirlpool.
Free computer use in business center, this hotel is in an excellent location in Chicago and the staff is always willing to go above. The rooms are spacious.
