Dining area big enough for all of us and staff throughout the hotel is wonderful. The afternoon tea in the lobby is quite good as well and the customer service is unlike any other I have experienced. Rooms are very clean and food/drink prices are high for Chicago. The deli/wine bar on the ground floor makes for a great lunch/brunch and spa are excellent. . Read review

Has great views, elegant setting and the beautiful lobby restaurant. The service was excellent and the check-in was flawless I was on my way to my room within a couple minutes. The shower was heavenly, splurged on $20 teas were amazing and pool were a very nice touch in the morning. . Read review

The hotel is actually large, the beds are as good as the famously wonderful beds at the Four Seasons and the top-floor pool here is a nice amenity. . Read review

Great location and more of a place to take your spouse on a romantic. The service is absolutely wonderful all around and the room is very nice. Radio console as well and spa is awesome.
