The afternoon tea in the lobby is quite good as well and the customer service is unlike any other I have experienced. Rooms are very clean and food/drink prices are high for Chicago. The deli/wine bar on the ground floor makes for a great lunch/brunch and spa are excellent. . Read review

Posted: Mar 27, 2011 - Has great views, elegant setting and the beautiful lobby restaurant. The service was excellent and the check-in was flawless I was on my way to my room within a couple minutes. The shower was heavenly, splurged on $20 teas were amazing and pool were a very nice touch in the morning. . Read review
