We were all around pleased with our accommodations, not to mention the friendly staff. We stayed in a King/business room, it was large, with well appointed furniture, that included a work desk. The room was spotless, linens fresh and soft(appeared nearly new). The bed was very comfortable, with great pillows. The TV included cable, and was a good size. In the lobby the hotel provides free brew by cup coffee, which was a nice plus on our cold mornings.. Read review

After researching several online reviews of numerous motels in the Naperville ILL area we decided on the Red Roof Inn. Not only did it get good reviews and the others did not, but it was close to our relatives, EZ on access to the interstate for going into downtown Chicago and it was within walking distance of several local shopping areas.

The rooms were extremely clean and the staff very friendly & helpful. One area we were confortable with was the shower. In many cases, not only is there low water pressure, but the shower and/or tubs are too small & difficult to move around in. However, the shower area in our room was larger, had good water pressure & since my husband is 6'1" and 230 lbs, it was easier for him to maneuver around in.

The one thing I didn't like was having to pay a surcharge for email access. My laptop has a wireless card but if I wanted to retrieve my email or online stock market information, I would have to pay $10.00 for 1 day access through T-mobile broadband. Other motels give either free high-speed internet availability or free wireless internet access. But overall, the total price of the room was good.

We would definately go back and would recommend it to family & friends.

After reading several reviews of others hotels in the area, I decided to check Red Roof Inn. Their reviews were so much better that I booked a room.
Very happy to report that all reviews were right on the money. Hotel has been completely remodeled.
I have been out on the road for two years, so I have seen alot of rooms. Best $60.00 room I have ever stayed in.

Jim Henderson

We just returned from Naperville Ill. While in Naperville we stayed at The Red Roof Inn. We had never stayed in one prior to this stay. The heater was almost soundless, and worked well. In the lobby the hotel provides free brew by cup coffee, which was a nice plus on our cold mornings... We will return to the Red Roof again. Thumbs up!
