The hotel is beautiful and clean inside and out. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are much larger than the normal hotel room and each has a sofa and sitting area. Each room is more like a suite. The bathrooms are older and not as roomy as some newer ones but they are very clean. This hotel does have a bar in the lobby which has music and gets a little noisy at night but rooms are not near this area.

I went to front desk and asked for 3 clean towels. I went back and watched the family have a great time in the pool even though the water was cold. We are planning more trips to this area and will deffinately stay at a more family friendly hotel.
Pool area was very messy with dirty towels and empty food packages throughout. The young lady on duty said someone would bring them to us in the pool area. My daughter got out and phoned the front desk again for towels. This was very poor service on the part of the ladies at the front desk. We called the front desk again and someone came to the door and informed us there was a batchlerette party going on and did we really mind if they let it go on a little longer?

Stayed on Sat. Feb 23, 2008.
My son-in-law booked 2 adjoining rooms. The rooms were great. Clean and comfortable. Four year old grandson and mom and dad went for a swim after a day of shopping. Pool area was very messy with dirty towels and empty food packages throughout. I went to front desk and asked for 3 clean towels. The young lady on duty said someone would bring them to us in the pool area. I went back and watched the family have a great time in the pool even though the water was cold. My daughter got out and phoned the front desk again for towels. Again we were assured they were on the way. After 10 more minutes or so we phoned again and were told someone was on the way. After my four year old grandson became to cold to swim any longer we headed back to the room with everyone shivering. This was very poor service on the part of the ladies at the front desk. Had we known there would be no towels we would have brought some from the room.
After getting my grandson ready for bed we began hearing loud music coming from the room across the hall. We called the front desk again and someone came to the door and informed us there was a batchlerette party going on and did we really mind if they let it go on a little longer? What could we say? Why didn't they put the party in a less populated area? This party music went on for at least another half hour. Loud and booming music. A bad choice on the part of security for the Hotel. We are planning more trips to this area and will deffinately stay at a more family friendly hotel.

First of all the staffs were great. As soon as we check in we were help by the desk person. The people who serves us during the reception (wedding) are very nice. Special thanks to the manager that night and her staffs. We highly recommend Hyatt to everyone we know.
