Our suite was perfect for a stay with small children. The size of the suite, the fridge and microwave helped make it easy to feed and entertain kids without all 4 of us bumping into each other. The pool was large enough that we could play with the kids while other adults could swim. The location was great for our visit with family in the area and very close (a few blocks) from a major shopping area with several restaurants to choose from.
Having several computers and a printer available in the lobby made printing airplane boarding passes easy.

The hotel is average. Pool water is very "cloudy" and needs better water treatment. The biggest problem, horrible customer service from the staff. One night during our stay, a stranger opened our room door and walk in! The front desk gave out a key and sold the room we were staying in! Fortunately, the gentleman was just as shocked as we were. We went to the front desk to speak to someone about this. The young woman refused to get a manager and just said "I can't believe we did that!' This is consistent with the attitude that we have seen through out this hotel. We had to ask for ice 4 times before we could get it. We called for extra towels which showed up 3 hours later. We have been in hotels with personal that had bad attitudes, but not nearly as bed as this hotel!
