i wouldn't stay here again

the bellhop was rude. the parking was bad. you didn't get alot of channels on the tv. the internet wouldn't work. breakfest was last and it was cold. the bed was wet. black mold falling from the ceiling. the staff was rude. the lunch and dinner was closed. the bathroom was dirty. i wouldn't stay here again.

"The room in this hotel is quite small yet it's overlooking a large open space. Hotel needs a lot of upgrade to support biz travellers, wifi, bigger pool etc."

"I visited this hotel over Thanksgiving so the facility was almost vacant as it is a conference center. The good news is that the rooms were very comfortable, good bedding and for the money approx $100 per night, it was a deal for the Chicago area. The morning breakfast buffet is great too. I'm sure you can't get this kind of a rate during regular periods, but over Holidays, it's a great place to stay."
