The best part of our trip was we were outside in the city, the location of the hotel was great and painless Front Desk staff were friendly. My room was extra clean.

The location is fantastic and the hotel is located so near the magnificient mile - great for shopping. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean.

In a great location and lots of famous pizza places nearby. Reception very nice and helpfull, hot water. Clean towels, they prepared three packs of coffee.

Old building and 2 elevators for such a large no. 2 tiny pillows.
